iron is fully recyclable; in fact it can be recycled
ad-infinitum making it the most environmentally
responsible choice. All our products are cast using
the cleanest technologies available, in accordance
with ISO 14001 environmental management procedures. |

STAINLESS
STEEL STREET
FURNITURE
Stainless steel is clean, modern and elegant. Stainless
steel provides a high level of corrosion and vandal resistance
and has minimal maintenance costs. It provides the best
option for low maintenance high impact designs - often located
where access is difficult or in high corrosion environments
such as seafronts.
As standard Peter
Savage utilise grade 304 stainless steel in satin finish.
A satin finish - grade 316 (recommended for waterside applications)
is available on special request. Stainless steel has a versatility
that ensures it is one of the most popular choices of designers,
architects and specifiers today. |

FURNITURE
Steel is versatile, cost effective and as a material offers
huge potential to the designer or speci? er. Steel products
can be easily manufactured to meet performance or aesthetic
requirements and can be used in almost any street furniture
application. Whilst designers often use steel to create
contemporary designs and bespoke items, steel is still the
material of choice for a vast range of utility
products.
Steel is given superb corrosion protection by galvanising
and the ability to finish with paint or powder coating means
thatpractically any item can offer a very long life.

PLASTIC
STREET
FURNITURE
The plastics range is designed to perform to the highest
standards. Peter Savage have responded to industry demands
to use plastic - a highly versatile material - to engineer
products for a wide range of uses.
Plastic products
are lightweight, easily coloured, durable, and very low
on maintenance. Much of our plastics range is 100% recyclable
and where possible we will ensure that the whole or part
of the item will be manufactured from
recycled materials. |

POLYURETHANE
STREET
FURNITURE
Peter Savage uses engineering grade PU cast around a high
quality inner steel core to provide a very tough, durable
and low maintenance product. A typical PU bollard weighs
around 30% of the cast iron equivalent.
PU will not shatter under severe impact or corrode and provides
improved tensile strength and resistance to abrasion, provides
improved tensile strength and resistance to abrasion. PU
products are available in all RAL and BS colours, and are
coloured through to the core to ensure no visible marks
if damaged.
